✨ small things to do everyday:
- have your favorite drink. a drink that warms your soul and comforts you.
- look at the sky, notice its beauty; the colors, the clouds, the stars etc
- listen to good music, look at a beautiful painting, surround yourself with art!
- take care of yourself, even if it’s just drinking water or washing your face!
- do something good, doesn’t matter how small it is! compliment a friend or kiss your mom on her forehead or pet a dog!
- put ur favorite perfume on, u have no idea how good this can make u feel!
